Garage Resort Neutral Katsuyama opens in Fukui Prefecture

On July 20, 2026, limited company Dinosaur Real Estate (Kaijū Fudosan) opened Garage Resort Neutral Katsuyama, a boutique villa in Katsuyama, Fukui, adjacent to the “Dinosaur Valley” roadside station. The facility is aimed at car and motorcycle enthusiasts, allowing guests to keep their vehicles inside a glass‑enclosed garage that becomes the visual centerpiece of the accommodation.

The resort offers two six‑person rooms—East Paddock and West Paddock—each with a private sauna, a bathroom that overlooks the garage, and high‑clearance ceilings suitable for SUVs.
