Garanti BBVA and Servis Plan partner for digital vehicle financing

Garanti BBVA and Servis Plan have launched a new partnership to integrate digital vehicle financing with comprehensive after-sales services. This collaboration aims to create a holistic ecosystem for customers purchasing second-hand or electric vehicles through contracted dealers.

Through Garanti BBVA’s digital channels, customers can access rapid financing without visiting a physical branch. Upon utilizing these digital vehicle loans, customers gain access to a Servis Plan package for one year, which includes services such as maintenance, repair, washing, tire services, battery support, and emergency roadside assistance via a single application.

Koray Öztopçu, Garanti BBVA Consumer Finance Director, stated that the partnership addresses the growing demand for seamless, uninterrupted vehicle purchasing processes. The initiative also allows dealers to offer a more extensive customer experience by combining digital financing options with immediate after-sales benefits.
