García emergency services complete L-280 leadership certification

Emergency response personnel in García, Nuevo León, have completed the L-280 certification, titled ‘From Subordination to Leadership’. The training program involved 32 participants from various corporations, including eight members of the General Directorate of Civil Protection and Integral Risk Management of García.

Conducted from September 22 to 24 at the Grutas de García facilities, the training was part of the Fire Management Program. The initiative was coordinated with the State Representation of the National Forestry Commission (CONAFOR) and the Regional Fire Management Center. The curriculum focused on developing leadership, decision-making, effective communication, and teamwork under conditions simulating emergency fire operations.
