García government begins new road connection project

The municipal government of García, Nuevo León, has launched a project to create a new road connection between Paraje San José and Avenida Lincoln. The route is designed to provide a safer alternative for residents, allowing non-heavy vehicles to bypass the Libramiento Noreste.

The project involves utilizing a right-of-way from the Federal Electricity Commission (CFE) to establish a two-way road that connects Paraje San José to the Mitras Industrial Park lateral road and subsequently to Avenida Lincoln. The work is being executed in two stages: the first involves preparing access to the industrial park lateral, and the second focuses on paving the road through to Avenida Lincoln. Currently, crews are performing land leveling, debris removal, and applying recovered asphalt to strengthen the surface.
