Microids has released a new gameplay trailer for the upcoming 3D platforming title Garfield – Escape from Monday, showcasing the first ten minutes of action. The preview reveals Garfield slipping into a nightmare after eating Jon’s spinach lasagna, battling hostile food and foes such as Nermal across more than 40 levels. Players can equip three distinct costumes – a turkey, a surfer outfit, and a cowboy ensemble – each granting unique abilities like airborne jumps, water sliding, and lasso attacks.

The game is slated for launch on 24 September 2026 on Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and PC. The trailer, issued from Paris on 27 July 2026, highlights the involvement of OSome Studio as developer and confirms the return of familiar characters Jon, Odie, Arlene and Pookie to assist Garfield on his dream‑world quest.
