Garlasco murder case faces new legal and media challenges

The Garlasco murder investigation, centered on the death of Chiara Poggi, continues to face legal and media scrutiny. In related legal developments, Mario Venditti, a former deputy prosecutor in Pavia, has been cleared of corruption charges linked to the investigation. His lawyer, Domenico Aiello, has criticized the National Association of Magistrates (ANM) following the dismissal of the case, describing the investigation as an “indecorous lynching.”

Authorities are set to hear testimony from Ferri’s wife, Gabriella, for the first time, as investigators explore potential links between his death and the Poggi case.
