Garmin launches ECG App for smartwatch users in India

Garmin has announced the availability of its ECG App for customers in India. The app is compatible with several Garmin smartwatch models, including the fenix 9, Venu 4, and Forerunner 970.

The application allows users to record a 30-second electrocardiogram to check for signs of atrial fibrillation (AFib). Results can be viewed immediately on the smartwatch or synced to the Garmin Connect smartphone app. Users also have the option to generate reports of their heart rhythm results to share with healthcare providers.
