Garmin launches Enduro 4 and Approach S72 smartwatches
Garmin has introduced two new specialized smartwatches: the Enduro 4, designed for ultra-endurance athletes, and the Approach S72, tailored for golfers.
The Enduro 4 features a 1.4-inch Memory-in-Pixel (MIP) display with a Power Sapphire solar lens. It offers up to 90 days of battery life in smartwatch mode and up to 320 hours in activity mode with solar charging. Key features include grade-adjusted pace-based workout targets, stamina zones, and an updated map engine with 50% more RAM than its predecessor. It also includes the ‘Garmin Epic’ feature to aggregate up to 92 days of training data within the Garmin Connect app.
The Approach S72 focuses on golf performance by integrating physiological data with swing metrics, such as hand speed and wrist rotation. It includes a ‘Range Mode’ for automatic tracking during practice and offers enhanced green reading capabilities through a Garmin Golf Membership subscription. The device is available in 43mm and 47mm sizes.
