Garth Brooks halts Kansas City ticket sales due to bot activity

Garth Brooks and his promotional team have suspended ticket sales for a third scheduled performance at the T-Mobile Center in Kansas City, Missouri. The decision follows what representatives described as “excessive bot activity” during the public sale on Friday, October 23.

The interrupted sale concerned a newly added matinee performance scheduled for Saturday, November 7, as part of the “Blame It All on My Roots” Arena Tour. Brooks issued a personal apology on social media, stating that the bot situation has become “out of hand” and has been progressively worsening throughout the tour. He expressed specific concern for fans who successfully purchased tickets before the disruption and promised to investigate possible resolutions.

Promoters and Brooks' team are currently evaluating next steps regarding the future of the show. Tickets for the Kansas City dates were priced at a flat rate of $155, including all taxes and fees.
