Garuda TV is celebrating its third anniversary with a televised event titled “Mahayuga” on 9 August 2026 at the Teater Besar Taman Ismail Marzuki (TIM) in Jakarta. The program will feature the legendary rock band Dewa 19, which may perform a set of rarely‑played songs at the request of the organizer, referred to as Pak Untung. Band leader Ahmad Dhani said the group is preparing as usual, focusing on fitness and vitamins, while the exact song list remains undecided.
The anniversary show will also include performances by singers Yan Joshua, Anggis Devaki, Kenriz and Angie Carvalho, and will be hosted by Rian Ibram and Vega Darwanti. Garuda TV’s chief executive Fahmi M. Anwari explained that “Mahayuga” symbolizes a new phase for the channel, reflecting its growth and commitment to delivering reliable news and public‑service programming.
The three‑hour broadcast aims to highlight the channel’s evolution and to engage audiences with a mix of music, commentary and celebratory content.
