Garut Regency plans to increase road infrastructure budget to Rp485 billion

The Garut Regency Government plans to significantly increase its budget for road infrastructure development and repairs in the 2027 regional budget (APBD). The allocation is projected to rise from approximately Rp105 billion to Rp485 billion.

Aris Munandar, Chairman of the Garut DPRD, expressed full support for this policy, noting that the increase aims to prioritize the construction of village and regency roads. The budget increase is expected to be supported by rising regional revenues, which are projected to exceed Rp400 billion for infrastructure purposes.
