Gases de Occidente restores gas service in Cali's El Refugio

Gases de Occidente has announced a schedule to gradually restore natural gas service in the El Refugio neighborhood of Cali. The work is set to continue on Wednesday, September 9, and Thursday, September 10, 2026.

The process involves external preventive inspections, technical validations, and the disconnection of services in affected neighboring properties to enable supply in the target areas. Specific interventions are scheduled for Calle 3 at #61A-41 and #58-65 on September 9, followed by the sector of Calle 3 with Carrera 56 on September 10.

The company stated that each property will be inspected individually. Residents are required to have an authorized adult present during the visit; otherwise, service will be preventively suspended. Users unable to attend must contact the company via telephone or WhatsApp to reschedule.
