Gastech 2026 to convene energy leaders in Bangkok

Gastech 2026 is scheduled to take place in Bangkok, Thailand, from September 14 to 17. Hosted by Thailand’s Ministry of Energy, the conference will focus on the rapidly increasing energy demand across Asia.

The event is expected to host over 50,000 professionals, 1,000 exhibitors, and 1,000 speakers from 150 countries. Key discussion topics include natural gas, LNG, hydrogen, low-carbon technologies, electrification, and the impact of artificial intelligence on electricity consumption, particularly regarding data center expansion.

As Asia drives global economic growth, the conference will address the need for secure and sustainable energy infrastructure to support industrial expansion, urbanization, and digitalization. Discussions will also cover energy security and the investment required to meet projected rises in regional energy demand.
