Former French Open champion Gastón Gaudio recently shared details regarding a post-professional tennis trip to Las Vegas that significantly exceeded its intended duration. Speaking on the Argentine television program ‘Otro Día Perdido’, the former world No. 5 revealed that a planned seven-day getaway with five friends turned into a 60-day stay.

Gaudio described the experience as having ‘gone a little off the rails’ following years of professional discipline. He noted that the continuous operation of casinos caused a loss of time perception among the group. While he did not disclose specific details of the entire stay, he mentioned that the trip concluded with police involvement and that he decided to leave after realizing the situation was becoming uncontrollable.
