Gastro İnegöl implements detailed menu system for consumers

Gastro İnegöl, a gastronomy brand operated by the İnegöl Municipality, has become the first establishment in İnegöl to implement the detailed menu application mandated by the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry.

Following the Turkish Food Codex Food Labeling and Consumer Information Regulation, the establishment began including comprehensive information on its menus in July. This includes ingredient lists, calorie counts, and allergen warnings for all items, ranging from soups and main courses to desserts and beverages.

The initiative aims to support informed consumer choices by providing transparency regarding nutritional value and potential health risks. Beyond serving food, Gastro İnegöl functions as a tasting center designed to promote the region's culinary culture, featuring local products and geographically indicated goods.
