Gastro Turopolja opens 25th annual culinary and agricultural event

The 25th edition of the Gastro Turopolja manifestation has officially opened in the Park of the Noble Municipality of Turopolje. Despite rainy weather, visitors gathered to support local farmers, artisans, and youth-led initiatives.

The event features a variety of programs, including the Economic Fair, the Zagreb County Ecological Agriculture Festival, and the Velika Gorica Honey Days. Activities are specifically tailored for children through the Dječji Gastro program, which includes workshops on waste sorting, soap making, and traditional crafts. Additionally, the program includes exhibitions of traditional folk costumes and old kitchen utensils in collaboration with the Turopolje Museum.
