GastroIbz Fair to feature local chefs and showcooking in Ibiza

The IV GastroIbz Fair, celebrating the gastronomy of Ibiza and Formentera, will take place on September 18 and 19 at the Ibiza Exhibition Center. The event features a major showcooking titled ‘Cómete las islas’, hosted by food influencer Celeste de la Banda.

Five prominent chefs from the islands will participate, including Catalina Riera, Nuria Riera, David Reartes, Óscar Molina, Daniel Figueroa, and Luciano D’Ambrosio. The culinary showcase will emphasize local products, featuring pairings with IGP Ibiza oils and IGP Ibiza wines from producers such as Bodegas Can Rich and Ibizkus.

The fair is organized by Eventos Musicales Ibiza and Imam Comunicación, with support from the Consell d’Eivissa and the Ajuntament d’Eivissa. It will run in conjunction with the 19th Ibiza Beer Fair.
