Gastrolove 2026 conference to focus on regional ecosystems

The Gastrolove conference is scheduled to take place on October 2, 2026, in Piešťany, Slovakia. The event aims to bring together professionals from the gastronomy, hospitality, and tourism sectors to discuss the region as a living ecosystem.

Organized by Simona Budinská, the conference will focus on the interconnectedness of local actors, including farmers, producers, winemakers, and chefs. The Trnavský kraj regional tourism organization is serving as a main partner for the event, which will be held at the ENSANA Esplanade Hotel to provide more space for networking and workshops.
