Gastronomic events announced for Rute and Samborondón

Various culinary and gastronomic events are scheduled in Spain and Ecuador.

In Rute, Spain, the Patio de Aurora Sánchez will host a specialized tasting event on October 10. The experience features products from Destilerías Altamirano, with signature cocktails created by Ángel Vita and food pairings designed by Rubén Antón from the Escuela de Hostelería de Antequera. The event aims to blend distillery tradition with contemporary mixology and live music.

In Samborondón, Ecuador, the 17th edition of Yummy Shop will take place on September 5 and 6 at the Almax Center. The festival features 75 brands, 80% of which are new, offering a diverse menu including meats, pizzas, and gluten-free options. The event also includes ‘La Despensa’, a section for artisanal products such as yogurts and nut butters.
