Gastronomic events announced in Porto and Douro Valley

Several culinary collaborations and pop-up dining experiences are being launched in Portugal. At the Lamina restaurant, chefs Vasco Coelho Santos and Inês Azevedo are hosting a residency with Rogério do Redondo. The event features a menu that blends traditional Portuguese recipes, such as Arroz de cabidela, with contemporary creations like moelas with kimchi.

In the Douro Valley, Chef Lucas Azevedo will present a series of dinners at Six Senses Douro Valley from October 28 to 31. Part of 'The Greenhouse Table' initiative, Azevedo will offer a menu inspired by the Japanese kaiseki tradition, focusing on seasonality and balance by combining Douro products with Japanese culinary principles.
