Gastronomy initiatives expand in Lago Puelo and Chile

In Lago Puelo, Argentina, the municipal government has initiated a comprehensive strategy to strengthen and promote the local gastronomic sector. Through the tourism department, officials met with restaurant, cafe, brewery, and food truck owners to develop joint promotional actions aimed at boosting tourism and economic development.

In Chile, the SalmonChile industry participated in the XIII Expo Sabores Pucón in La Araucanía and the Bariloche a la Carta festival in Argentina. The industry's involvement included live cooking classes and tastings featuring products from member companies such as Cosecha del Mar, Salmones Austral, and Salmones Antártica-Yadrán, aiming to position Chilean salmon as a key culinary ambassador in the Patagonia region.
