Gatteo Mare police locate missing minor

Local police in Gatteo Mare successfully located a minor who had wandered away from her family in a vulnerable state. The search was initiated following an alert from the Cesenatico Carabinieri, who spotted the girl on a bus traveling from Cesena to Gatteo Mare.

After the girl's father informed authorities that she had moved toward the beach establishments from Piazza Romagna Mia, officers conducted a foot search along the coast. She was eventually found at a beach club in the company of several youths, who were checked by authorities and found to be unrelated to any issues.

The minor was taken to a protected area where she was met by the Carabinieri, medical personnel, and her family. She was subsequently transported by ambulance to the Bufalini Hospital emergency room in Cesena for medical evaluation. Gatteo Mayor Roberto Pari praised the coordinated efforts between law enforcement and emergency services.
