Lazio manager Gattuso calls for courage ahead of Juventus match

Lazio manager Gennaro Gattuso has called for courage and mental strength ahead of his team’s upcoming Serie A match against Juventus at the Allianz Stadium. Despite Lazio currently sitting near the top of the table, Gattuso acknowledged that Juventus is the stronger side on paper and emphasized the need for his players to avoid the concentration lapses, or “blackouts,” that occurred in recent matches against Milan and Monza.

Gattuso highlighted the importance of intensity and pressing to counter Juventus's physical strength on set pieces and their speed on the wings. Regarding team selection, reports suggest Lazio may utilize a 4-3-3 formation, with players like Kenneth Taylor and Reda Belahyane expected to play key roles in the midfield. Tijjani Noslin is also tipped to lead the attack.

The match is viewed as a significant test for both clubs: a chance for Lazio to confirm their high standing and a critical opportunity for Luciano Spalletti’s Juventus to find consistency.
