GaultMillau Garden Party features 21 star chefs in Bad Ragaz

The 8th GaultMillau Garden Party was held at the Grand Resort Bad Ragaz in Switzerland, featuring 21 elite chefs who collectively hold 347 GaultMillau points. The event, which sold out its 500 tickets within minutes, showcased high-end culinary offerings such as citrus lobster, beef tartare, and a 140-kilogram bluefin tuna served in a new "Asian Corner."

Notable participating chefs included 19-point experts Tanja Grandits, Andreas Caminada, Marcel Skibba, Heiko Nieder, Philippe Chevrier, and Marco Campanella. The festivities also included a private poolside concert by singer Marc Sway. The event highlighted various culinary trends, from street-food-inspired suckling pig wraps by Stefan Heilemann to vegetarian dishes by Dominik Hartmann.
