Gaurav Khanna Injured on Khatron Ke Khiladi 15 After Pellet Gun Stunt

Actor Gaurav Khanna participated in the reality‑TV series Khatron Ke Khiladi season 15, hosted by filmmaker Rohit Shetty. During the "Fear Fanda" elimination task, four contestants—including Khanna, Shagun Sharma, Vishal Aditya Singh and Karan Wahi—were required to stand with their backs to a shooter while high‑velocity pellet guns were fired at them. The stunt continued until two participants quit.

All four were hit; Khanna suffered severe bruising and deep red circular marks on his back. He posted a video of the injuries on Instagram, writing, "Thanks @orry for making this. I could still feel this pain watching it on TV. Most painful experience ever." Shagun Sharma was the first to quit the challenge. The incident prompted criticism of the show's extreme stunts and raised concerns about contestant safety.

Rohit Shetty had warned participants, saying, "You guys have to keep bearing the pain even if it’s for the whole day; until the first two players abort the task, the firing will continue."
