Police previously arrested a foreign national in connection with the first murder in Kempton Park on July 15, 2026, where a 37-year-old woman was found restrained with cable ties. While investigators have not officially confirmed a link between the cases, the clustering of discovery sites in areas like Kempton Park, Dawn Park, and Rhodesfield has intensified concerns regarding a serial offender.
