Separately, the hometown of Los Palacios y Villafranca in Andalusia honored Spanish champions Gavi and Fabian Ruiz by presenting each with tomatoes equal to their body weight, highlighting the region’s agricultural identity. Leandro Paredes subsequently joined Boca Juniors in Argentina, where he was welcomed as a club hero.
