Gaza Civil Defense reports Israeli strikes targeting Christians and Muslims

Mahmud Basal, spokesperson for the Gaza Civil Defense Directorate, stated that the Israeli military is targeting both Muslims and Christians in the Gaza Strip without distinction.

Following an Israeli strike on a home in Gaza City, a Palestinian Christian woman and her daughter were killed. A funeral service was held for them at the Saint Porphyrius Greek Orthodox Church. Basal described the incident as a massacre against the Christian community, noting that the strike occurred without warning and resulted in the deaths of four women, including a mother and daughter.

Basal emphasized that the Christian community in Gaza is being openly targeted and called upon the international community to take responsibility and intervene to stop the ongoing attacks.
