Gaziantep Kolej Vakfı holds differentiated education workshop
Gaziantep Kolej Vakfı (GKV) Private Schools held a comprehensive in-service training workshop for teachers titled ‘Differentiated Education: Principles and Methods’. The workshop was designed based on the IB Primary Years Programme (PYP) approach to enhance student-centered learning.
During the sessions, educators focused on methods to make learning more inclusive by addressing individual student interests, learning speeds, and specific needs. Key topics included the differentiation of content, processes, products, and learning environments, as well as the creation of flexible learning groups. The training aimed to empower students by providing more space for their voices, choices, and actions within the classroom.
Fevzi Gürsel, General Manager of GKV Private Schools, emphasized that the institution views individual differences as a strength and aims to support every student on their unique learning journey. Gürsel also noted that preparations for the 2026-2027 academic year are complete.
