Gaziantep secures first victory under Mirel Rădoi

Gaziantep secured their first victory of the season with a 1-0 away win against Eyupspor. The match, which marked the first official win for manager Mirel Rădoi at the club, was decided by a 60th-minute goal from Deian Sorescu.

Despite the victory, Gaziantep had to defend their lead with ten men after Juninho Bacuna received a red card in the 64th minute. The match featured several Romanian players, including starters Alexandru Maxim and Florin Ștefan for Gaziantep, and goalkeeper Horațiu Moldovan for Eyupspor.

Following this result and a previous 1-1 draw against Alanyaspor, Gaziantep has accumulated four points in the first two stages of the competition. Their upcoming fixtures include matches against Rizespor, Goztepe, and Fenerbahce.
