Gaziantep terminates Florin Ștefan's contract following Mirel Rădoi's exit
Following the departure of coach Mirel Rădoi from the Turkish club Gaziantep, the club has also terminated the contract of Romanian defender Florin Ștefan by mutual agreement.
Regarding Rădoi's exit, reports indicate he did not seek additional severance pay or complex negotiations. Instead, he requested only the payment of outstanding wages. With a monthly salary of approximately 65,000 euros, Rădoi was owed two months of unpaid wages, totaling roughly 130,000 euros.
Florin Ștefan, a player brought to the club by Rădoi, left the team following criticism of his performances and backlash from fans. His departure coincides with the arrival of new coach Orhan Ak, as the club seeks to move in a different direction.
