Gaziantep to host 2nd Middle East Food and Food Technologies Fair

The 2nd Middle East Food and Food Technologies Fair (MFF 2026) is scheduled to take place from November 5 to 7, 2026, at the Gaziantep Middle East Fair Center (OFM). Held under the auspices of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB), the event is a collaboration between the Gaziantep Chamber of Industry (GSO) and Nobel Expo.

This B2B specialized fair will occupy 29,000 square meters and feature over 200 participating companies and more than 330 brands. The event expects to host professional visitors from over 56 countries, including purchasing delegations from more than 38 nations.

The exhibition will cover a wide range of sectors, including legumes, spices, vegetable oils, confectionery, dairy, meat, and organic foods. Additionally, the fair will showcase food processing machinery, packaging technologies, cold chain solutions, and industrial automation systems. Adnan Ünverdi, Chairman of the Gaziantep Chamber of Industry, noted that the fair serves as a significant opportunity to promote Gaziantep’s production and export capabilities on an international stage.
