Gaziosmanpaşa assault involves tenants of actress Wilma Elles

A physical altercation occurred in the Yenidoğan neighborhood of Gaziosmanpaşa on September 16, involving tenants Ramazan and Deniz Beleda. The couple was reportedly confronted and assaulted by a former neighbor, identified as İ. Y., and a group of 3-4 men while waiting for a taxi.

The conflict reportedly stems from a dispute regarding shared utility payments for a duplex apartment. The assailants alleged that Ramazan Beleda had verbally harassed İ. Y. and stolen money, claims which Beleda denies, stating he has evidence and recordings to prove the allegations are slander.

Security footage captured the incident, showing the assault taking place. The Beledas have filed a formal complaint with the Şehit Ali Okyay Police Station, and authorities are currently working to apprehend the suspects. The property owner, actress Wilma Elles, has reportedly contacted the tenants to follow the developments of the situation.
