Gazir to attempt 200 freestyle battles in 12 hours

Spanish freestyle MC Gazir is set to undertake a massive endurance challenge titled “Gazir contra Todos” on November 7 at the Laboral Ciudad de la Cultura in Gijón, Asturias. The event aims to push the limits of musical improvisation through a grueling 12-hour marathon.

During the challenge, Gazir must complete 200 battles, consisting of 150 individual matches and 50 in a 2vs1 format, against a pool of up to 250 competitors. The rules allow for a maximum of ten defeats before the challenge is terminated. The format includes six rounds per battle using a 4x4 structure, with only four minutes of rest provided after every twenty matches.

Confirmed participants include various international figures such as Aczino, Mecha, Valles-T, Bnet, and Blon. To prepare for the physical and mental demands, Gazir has reportedly undergone training similar to an elite athlete, focusing on nutrition, supplementation, and physical conditioning.
