GB Auto launches locally assembled Chery Tiggo 7 Pro in Egypt

GB Auto, the exclusive agent for Chery in Egypt, has officially launched the locally assembled Chery Tiggo 7 Pro. This move is part of a broader strategy to expand Chery's presence in the Egyptian market through increased local manufacturing and the localization of production.

The Tiggo 7 Pro is a compact SUV featuring a 1.5-liter turbo engine producing 145 horsepower and 210 Nm of torque, paired with a CVT automatic transmission and front-wheel drive. The vehicle measures 4,500 mm in length and 1,842 mm in width, offering a spacious interior designed for both urban commuting and long-distance travel.

Technological features include dual 12.3-inch digital instrument and infotainment screens with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto support. Depending on the trim level, available amenities include wireless charging, electric seats, multi-color ambient lighting, and a panoramic sunroof. Farid Fadel, Vice President of Chery at GB Auto, stated that the launch aims to provide a balance of quality, technology, and value while supporting the national industry.
