Gábor Presser announces 2027 concert series and new album

Hungarian singer-songwriter Gábor Presser has announced an eight-night concert series at the Budapest Congress Center, scheduled for January 8–17, 2027. The series will feature three distinct programs performing over 70 songs from his six-decade career.

The first segment, titled ‘Hódolat a női hangnak’ (Tribute to the Female Voice), will take place from January 8–10 and features guest performers including Mariann Falusi, Ibolya Oláh, Magdi Rúzsa, and Sena. On January 12–13, Presser will perform solo piano sets titled ‘Dalok a szívről’ (Songs from the Heart). The series concludes from January 15–17 with a program focused on his musical history alongside close collaborators.

In addition to the concerts, Presser plans to release a multi-part album titled ‘Munkakönyv’ (Workbook) this November. The release will serve as a compilation of songs recorded over the last 15 years, spanning nearly 70 tracks across three chapters. The project will be presented in a book format including QR codes for each song and will include four CDs to preserve his extensive body of work.
