GBR Anglia, the unified organization comprising c2c, Greater Anglia, and Network Rail Anglia, has achieved a 90% punctuality rating in the latest Rail Customer Experience Survey (RCXS). The survey data covers the period from April 1 to July 25.

Individual service performance showed varied improvements. The Stansted Express maintained an overall satisfaction score of 92%, with noted gains in punctuality, cleanliness, and personal safety. Greater Anglia saw its overall satisfaction rise from 88% to 90%, alongside improvements in train cleanliness. The c2c service reported a 7% increase in both value for money and crowding scores, as well as a 3% rise in personal safety ratings.

He attributed the improvements to infrastructure renewals, maintenance programs, and safety initiatives conducted in partnership with local authorities and the British Transport Police.
