GC Cell presents GCC2005 clinical trial results at ICBMT 2026

GC Cell presented interim Phase 1a clinical trial results for its GCC2005 (CD5 CAR-NK) cell therapy candidate at the ICBMT 2026 conference held in Busan. The therapy is being developed as a first-in-class allogeneic CAR-NK treatment targeting relapsed or refractory NK/T-cell lymphoma.

As of the October 31, 2025 data cutoff, eight patients evaluable for tumor response showed an objective response rate (ORR) of 62.5%. This included three patients achieving complete remission (CR) and two achieving partial remission (PR). Notably, one patient with angioimmunoblastic T-cell lymphoma (AITL) has maintained complete remission for 18 months following low-dose administration.

Initial safety assessments reported no instances of immune effector cell-associated neurotoxicity syndrome (ICANS) or graft-versus-host disease (GvHD). GC Cell has completed dosing for the domestic Phase 1a trial and is preparing to initiate Phase 1b.
