GCB Investimentos expands judicial credit offering to Brazilian investors
GCB Investimentos, a specialist in private credit, launched a new structured operation backed by a judicially confirmed corporate credit. The asset, called Recebível Judicial, is offered exclusively on the GCB platform with a minimum investment of R$1,000, a 48‑month term and a projected return of 32% per year (up from 36% during the pre‑reserve phase). The credit is secured by personal guarantees, identified assets and court‑ordered asset blocks.
Since 2023 the firm has structured more than 49 similar issuances, raising over R$130 million. In the first half of 2026 it completed 14 issuances totalling R$66.1 million, surpassing the full‑year total of 2025. According to Julio Antunes, director of Special Situations, “the private‑credit market has matured significantly in recent years and investors are seeking alternatives that complement traditional instruments.” The expansion reflects growing interest in judicial credits as an alternative‑asset class for portfolio diversification.
The offering aims to broaden access to a high‑yield, legally vetted asset class that was previously limited to specialised funds and institutional investors.
