GCB structures R$ 35 million CRA for Grupo Munaretto

GCB Investimentos has structured a R$ 35 million Agribusiness Receivables Certificate (CRA) for Grupo Munaretto, a rural producer operating approximately 12,000 hectares of soybean and corn in Tocantins, Brazil.

The financial operation is designed to reorganize the group's liabilities while strengthening working capital for agricultural activities. The funds will be released in two stages: an initial tranche of up to R$ 30 million to settle debts and release rural property titles to serve as collateral, and a second tranche of up to R$ 5 million for working capital.

In addition to real estate guarantees, the structure includes soybean and corn commercialization contracts. The operation will utilize satellite imagery to monitor production, soil conditions, climate, and water risk. Remuneration for the CRA is set at CDI + 5% per year during the launch phase, transitioning to a projected CDI + 4% per year following the launch.
