GCC luxury interiors market shows resilience amid global uncertainty

The luxury interiors market in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region is demonstrating resilience despite global economic and geopolitical uncertainty. Driven by high-net-worth demand, premium real estate developments, and significant hospitality investments, the sector remains one of the fastest-growing luxury residential design markets globally.

In the United Arab Emirates, the luxury furniture market is projected to surpass USD 1 billion by 2030. This growth is supported by government investments in tourism and mixed-use developments. Atelio, a design division of the Dubai-based family office Vivium, is expanding its presence by introducing international brands such as Cassina, Kettal, and Boffi | De Padova to the UAE. The company also plans to expand into Saudi Arabia by the end of 2026.
