G&D and VuWall to unveil vsNEO KVM-over-IP platform

Guntermann & Drunck (G&D) and VuWall, both Panoptec companies, will introduce vsNEO, a new KVM-over-IP platform, at IBC 2026 in Amsterdam. The system is designed to simplify the deployment and operation of professional control rooms and broadcast environments, supporting up to 96 endpoints.

The vsNEO platform utilizes a vsNEO-center controller that provides network intelligence, including built-in DHCP, to create an isolated KVM network that operates independently from a corporate LAN. This architecture aims to reduce the need for complex IT network configurations. Security is addressed through AES-256 encryption for KVM traffic.

A key component is the vsNEO-link transceiver, a universal hardware device that can function as a transmitter, receiver, video wall node, or multi-PIP KVM mosaic station. The hardware is designed for high density, with three 105mm wide transceivers fitting into a single rack unit. Pre-orders for the system are expected to open in early 2027, with initial deliveries planned for the end of Q1 2027.
