Gdańsk malls attract new major tenants TK Maxx and Kolejkowo

The owner of Galeria Przymorze in Gdańsk, ImmoGdańsk sp. z o.o., has signed a lease with international off‑price retailer TK Maxx for a new two‑level store of more than 2,000 m². The outlet will become one of the largest shops in the centre, expanding the tenant mix with a well‑known multibrand concept that offers fashion, footwear, accessories and home goods. Director Agnieszka Wojtaszczyk said the agreement is a key step in strengthening the gallery’s offering and attracting customers from the surrounding area.

Separately, model‑railway exhibitor Kolejkowo has concluded a ten‑year lease for roughly 1,000 m² in Galeria Metropolia, also in Gdańsk. The planned exhibition, slated to open in the first quarter of 2027, will feature a detailed miniature of the city, including landmarks such as the Żuraw crane and the Sopot pier, with moving trains, trams, ships and weather effects. The company highlighted the venue as its fourth Polish location and the first in the northern region, aiming to draw families, tourists and railway enthusiasts.
