Gdańsk restaurant Trattoria Aurora receives critical review from influencer Książulo

Food influencer Książulo revisited a restaurant in Gdańsk located at ul. Grodzka 10 to see if quality had improved following a rebranding. The establishment, previously known as Amare Gusto, closed after a highly critical review from the YouTuber a year ago and has since reopened as Trattoria Aurora.

Despite the restaurant currently holding a 4.4-star rating on Google from 444 reviews, Książulo expressed significant disappointment during his second visit. He specifically criticized a 49 PLN beef tartare, noting its unappealing appearance and questioning the quality of the meat. He remarked, “I don't think I've ever seen an uglier tartare,” and added, “All that's missing here is some larva.”
