GDDKiA seeks lessee for A2 motorway service areas

The Generalna Dyrekcja Dróg Krajowych i Autostrad (GDDKiA) has announced a tender for the lease of two Traveler Service Areas (MOP) in Kolonia Sitnik, located along the A2 motorway in the Lubelskie Voivodeship. The sites are situated between the Łukowisko and Biała Podlaska junctions.

The selected lessee will be required to expand both facilities to include service components such as gas stations, restaurants, or bistros. These developments must be completed within a maximum of 24 months. The lease agreement is set for an initial term of 15 years, with the possibility of two subsequent five-year extensions.

Currently, the Kolonia Sitnik sites provide parking for passenger cars, trucks, and buses, along with sanitary facilities, playgrounds, picnic areas, and electric vehicle charging stations.
