GEA Group AG reported a robust second‑quarter 2026 performance, with order intake reaching €1.49 billion, a 14.2 % increase year‑on‑year and organic growth of 15.4 %. Revenue rose 10 % to €1.44 billion, with organic growth of 11 %, while EBITDA before restructuring climbed to €250 million, up 15.6 % and delivering a margin of 17.4 % (previously 16.5 %). Based on the results, the company raised its full‑year 2026 guidance: organic revenue growth is now expected at 6‑8 % (up from 5‑7 %), EBITDA margin before restructuring at 17.0‑17.4 % (up from 16.6‑17.2 %), and ROCE at 36‑40 % (up from 34‑38 %). CEO Stefan Klebert said the strong first half “creates a sustainable basis for further profitable growth.” The full half‑year report is scheduled for publication on 10 August 2026. Analysts had previously forecast lower figures, and the updated outlook is expected to support the share price, which was already trading near record levels in the DAX.
