Geberit introduces customizable surfaces for Sigma40 bathroom components

Geberit has introduced new customization options for its Sigma40 flush plates and Type 40 urinal controls, allowing architects and designers to match these components to the colors and surfaces of leading faucet manufacturers. Starting in April 2026, these products can be ordered as custom individual pieces or in specific batch sizes to ensure aesthetic harmony in bathroom design.

The customization includes over 50 metallic surfaces and special colors, such as black chrome, stainless steel, brass, bronze, and platinum. The range is designed to coordinate with products from 16 major manufacturers, including Dornbracht, Gessi, Grohe, Hansgrohe/Axor, Fantini, and Vola.

In addition to product customization, modern bathroom design trends emphasize maximizing small spaces. Effective strategies include using light color palettes, large-format tiles to reduce visible grout lines, and wall-mounted or recessed furniture to maintain floor visibility and create a sense of openness.
