Turkish municipalities schedule property sale and lease auctions

Several Turkish municipalities have issued public notices for upcoming auctions of municipal assets. Kaynaşlı (Düzce) announced a land‑lease tender for a mixed‑use social facility, with bids due 30 June 2026. Kayseri’s Talas district will hold a sale auction on 1 July 2026 for an apartment, three shops and 13 villa parcels, offering payment plans of up to 36 months. Küçükkuyu’s council decided to re‑lease a prefabricated building at the harbour and to sell a parcel of land, with the lease ending 3 July 2026. Hacılar district will auction 32 modern office units on 24 June 2026, providing a 25 % down‑payment option and a 10 % discount for full cash payment. Etimesgut (Ankara) released a lease tender for a cultural‑sports centre, setting a 120‑month estimated rent of 8.4 million TL, with bids to be submitted on 30 June 2026. All tenders cite the 2886 State Procurement Law, require standard documentation (identity, tax, guarantor, etc.) and temporary guarantees, and aim to attract citizens and investors to acquire municipal property under favourable terms.
