Geely Auto UK reaches 100-showroom milestone via Evans Halshaw deal

Geely Auto UK has reached a milestone by signing its 100th retail site in the United Kingdom. The 100th location, a standalone dealership in Mansfield, was secured through a deal with Evans Halshaw, a major automotive dealer group owned by Lithia.

As part of this agreement, Evans Halshaw will add three new Geely outlets to its portfolio, located in Mansfield, Newcastle, and east of Glasgow. These sites join an existing Geely dealership in Lincoln. This expansion comes less than a year after Geely launched in the UK market.

Michael Yang, managing director at Geely Auto UK, stated that the milestone confirms the brand as a “credible player” with an established network. He noted that the partnership with Lithia, the UK’s second-largest automotive dealer group, is of “significant strategic importance” to the company’s long-term ambitions.
