Geely-owned Lotus and Lynk & Co showcase new models

The Geely-owned automotive brands Lotus and Lynk & Co are expanding their market presence with new model developments.

Lotus is focusing on traditional performance with the Emira Turbo SE. This mid-engine sports car features a 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine producing 406 PS, paired with an eight-speed dual-clutch transmission. The model aims to maintain driving engagement through its aluminum chassis and classic combustion powertrain.

Lynk & Co, a Sino-Swedish brand under the Geely umbrella, is highlighting the capabilities of its 08 plug-in hybrid SUV. The vehicle features a 39.6-kWh battery providing an electric range of approximately 200 km. When combined with its 1.5-liter gasoline engine, the SUV offers a total range of roughly 1,000 km and a combined system output of 257 kW (345 PS).
